We are currently looking for a Fluent Commerce – Order Management Consultant on behalf of one of our major international clients, a global leader in the luxury sector. The ideal candidate has a strong technical background and solid experience in the implementation and customization of enterprise-level digital commerce solutions.

This is a full remote position, provided the candidate is available to work within European time zones (CET/CEST). Occasional short trips to the client’s premises may be requested.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implementation, customization, and maintenance of the Fluent Commerce OMS platform, including:
  • Order orchestration and fulfillment rule management
  • Distributed inventory management (DOM)
  • API integrations via REST/GraphQL
  • Configuration of workflows, events, webhooks, and custom rules
• Collaboration with international and cross-functional teams to deliver integrated omnichannel solutions (OMS, eCommerce, ERP, CRM)
• Technical support in troubleshooting, performance optimization, and cloud environment management

Technical Skills Required:

Fluent Commerce:

• Hands-on experience with Fluent Commerce OMS, particularly:
  • Fulfillment flows, inventory logic, location group management
  • Webhooks, triggers, and custom scripting (JSON/JavaScript)
  • REST and GraphQL API development
  • Deployment and management in cloud environments (e.g., AWS)
  • Debugging, log analysis, and performance monitoring

SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris):

• Strong knowledge of core modules (OMS, PCM, Checkout, etc.)
• Experience developing custom add-ons, and overriding facades, services, and DAOs
• Familiarity with Spring Framework, FlexibleSearch, CronJobs, and ImpEx
• Exposure to DevOps tools and containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes)

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Shopify (custom apps, Liquid templating, API usage)
• Event-driven architecture tools (Kafka, AWS SQS/SNS)
• QA and testing tools (Postman, JMeter, Cypress)
• Basic understanding of headless or composable commerce architectures

Languages:

• Fluent English (mandatory – international environment)
• French (highly valued, especially for interaction with francophone teams or clients)

Soft Skills:

• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Proven ability to work in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban)
• Comfortable working in distributed, multicultural teams
